I felt like Vanessa really painted a picture of the venue for me, so that I could imagine what I wanted, having never been there myself. She also suggested what has been used in the past and what would work/look great and I was very impressed with her knowledge of the venue. I thought organising a wedding from the other side of the country would be very confusing and stressful; I’d been contacting people for all the services we needed for the wedding and as soon as I came in contact with I Do Events, I was suddenly relieved. It was easy and fun and I had unlimited assistance. I can’t thank you enough, our wedding was beautiful!

She dabbled in Wedding Photography, before putting her creative talents to use with I Do Events Whitsundays…
With National Accreditation in Interior Design, Vanessa loves, loves, loves, anything to do with design and pretty things ‘I am a bit of a girly girl and a romantic. I love that I get to plan and decorate dream weddings over and over again! I am also a perfectionist and a little obsessive compulsive so this job actually allows me to be myself and be appreciated for it'.
And as for one of the best parts of the job… ’I love gaining an understanding of the couples style, theme and colours and coming up with an entire concept for them. The more involved we become in a wedding, the more fun we have with it. It’s a bit like a soppy movie, we get to know all about the people involved and then see their happily ever after.’
